Returns and Refunds for Shipped Beaded Jewelry:

We do not accept returns on beaded jewelry pieces that have already been shipped.

This policy applies to items that have already been delivered to the customer.

Returns and Refunds for Unshipped Items:

Items that have been purchased but have not yet been shipped by Trenal Original are eligible for return and refund.

Customers may request a return and receive a full refund for these items.

This policy applies to items that are still in our possession and have not been dispatched for shipping.

Returns Process:

Returns are not accepted for items that have been shipped.
